Ingredients:
1 banana
5 mint leaves
1 Tbsp honey
Method:
1) Peel the banana and slit it vertically into 2 pieces and then each of the split part horizontally into another 2 pieces.
2) Heat honey in a non-stick pan. Let the honey liquefy for 5-10 secs on low heat.
3) Add the banana slices and cook for a min.
4) Place the banana slices on a serving plate. Add the mint to the sauce in the pan. Stir and pour the sauce over the banana slices.
