Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet
Salt
Pepper
For Raita:
Yoghurt
1/2 Cucumber chopped into small pieces
1 small Carrot grated
1 Tomato chopped into small pieces
Salt
Green Chillies -1 chopped into small pieces
Method:
1) Coat the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2) Heat 2 Tsp of olive oil in a grill pan. Add the fillets and cook about 4 mins on each side. Don't overcook as the salmon will become hard.
3) Mix the ingredients for raita in a bowl.
4) Serve the fillet hot with raita.
