Dessert with Bread


Ingredients:

Bread - 4 slices
Ghee -2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp or as per taste
Milk - 1 cup
Nuts
Sultanas or Raisins


Method:

1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes. Spread them on a microwavable dish. Top it with a tsp of ghee and microwave it for 1 min. Bread pieces would be roasted slightly.

2. Add sugar with little milk and microwave for 3 mins. Sugar would have melted.

3. Add the remaining milk and microwave for another 2 mins. Bread becomes a little soggy.

4. Heat pan and add the remaining ghee. Add the nuts and raisins. Then pour over the bread mixture.

5. Serve warm.
