Ingredients:
2 cups wholewheat flour (or all purpose flour)
1 egg
pinch of baking soda (optional)
Milk
drop of vanilla essence
Method:
1. Beat the egg till it leaves bubbles
2. In a bowl, sift the flour. Add the egg, milk, and mix. The mixture shouldn't be of thin consistency. It should be more like the consistency of idli fhour mix (not too thin, not too thick)
3. Heat pan. Put a ladle of the mixture. Lift the pan and turn to spread the mixture.
4. Place on plate, drizzle maple syrup (be a little generous) and serve hot or warm.
Note: I don't use sugar for healthier option. If u want a sweeter pancake, add powdered sugar to the mixture.
